Default Replacing Flybar 450 3D

Hiya - replacing flybar for the first time - one of the weights is stuck on even with screw removed -the other one just slid right off easily. How best to get it off?
So many thanks for any help!
Shane

Thanks!
I have the flybar off and even while holding it with pliers and yanking on the weight it isn't budging at all. I've even tried two sets of pliers - one on the bar and one on the weight and all my super strength - stuck! Guess I'll try some more and worst case just pick up another weight. Ack!
Thanks again
