I figured out today my problem is not with the esc but the SK720.

Coz I tried different reciever it arms fine.

A bad unit is possible - but I've never seen a throttle problem to date with the SK-720 itself. The only time I've seen it was due to settings either in the SK-720 or ESC and were resolved.

Have you contacted the folks you purchased it from?

Problem Solved!

Since the problem only started occuring after throttle setup, I thought maybe I need to arm the ice 100 before.

So I redid my control stick scaling
1) found under utility - Reset Control Stick Scaling.
2) Set control Stick Scaling -> So u got a fresh start calibrate on the control stick. make sure u did stick scaling properly.
3) Arm the motor
4) Then finally do the last setup which will fiddle with ur high stick and idle (Which seems to me was what was causing my sk720 to be confused and never see high or low sticks)
