Default Sky RC Ultimate 400 charger seems to be DOA

I received my order yesterday and the Sky RC Ultimate 400 charger I received does not seem to be working. Every time I attempt to charge I receive a "Connection Break" error. I have tried all of my batteries and all of my different charge leads and balance boards, it always gives me the same error. I've been looking around online and everything I've found indicates that this means the charger is defective.

My order number is:

yhst-62196343123315-265455

and it was placed on 3/20/2012

Hello,

Are you making sure to plug in both your balance plug and your black and red, positive negative leads when trying to charge?

Thank you,
Danny V

Yeah, that was my first thought as well. I made sure to double check, disconnect and reconnect everything multiple times.

A RMA will be sent to you so you can send the item back to get inspected and exchanged.

I received the RMA, thankyou for the quick response.

Is an exchange the only option or would a refund for the item be possible?

Whichever you prefer. If you would like it to be refunded let me know so I can adjust that notes in the order for the return.

I would prefer a refund, waiting for the charger to ship back, be processed, and then come back will cost me more flying time than I'd like. I'll package it up and have it shipped out by next week, is there anything I should indicate on the RMA to specify that I'd like a refund?

Thank you for the communication, I really appreciate the service I've received thus far dealing with this.

Hello deca,

I have updated the notes on our side. Please include the RMA, and just fill in the blanks. You can note that it is coming in for a refund on the RMA as well.

Thank you,
Danny V

Filled out all the paperwork and the charger is in the mail. Shipping ended up running me a little over $10 but I'm not sure if there's anything to be done about that.

Thanks again for the support, hopefully everything continues along smoothly.
