I just bought a replacement Swashplate. Factory part #BLH3509.
It does not fit! The aft ball link on the lower part is too small. It's the same size as the upper ball links. The servo arm that goes from the aft servo will not fit it. The part number has not changed. They should not have changed the design. How do I contact E-Flite to complain? |

Return it where you bought it. That one looks defective to me

Could it be a V1 vs. V2 issue that no one picked up on until now?
In the meanwhile I'm gonna assume you won't be able to get the old version so guess you gotta buy new pushrods or at least new end links.

Call horizon hobby. you will be able to talk to a person and get it resolved.
Or you can do their online complaint system. you can upload photos and video with your complaint. The online system takes 1-3 days to hear back. Calling could be instant. I would make an online complaint with photos so you get a service number, then call by phone and reference that number so the person you are talking to can see your pictures.

I got a new mCPx V2 yesterday-new stock from HH and there is no change on mine. Same as the "old" swash.

I am also sure you got a bum one. I can't imagine that they would change only the elevator ball size and leave the other two the same. That would require a new endlink just for the elevator.
Send or take it back! |

It is a bad swash. I have a V2 heli and a V1heli and the swash is the same. Also, I have a MH swashplate and it fits on either heli.
