If you are happy do nothing. The smaller pinion will help run your ESC and motor cooler. But when you really load it up with aggressive collective it will bog quite a bit since the ESC will be stuck at 100% too often and the headspeed will drop. So for best performance a 23T is ideal for a Q4530 at 2200 vBar gov'd.
