Default temporary glitch anybody seen this?

Blazing away today with my Rave 90 ENV and just as I am in level attitude about 50 feet up it suddenly goes to full negative pitch all 3 cyclic servos, so a level full negative move. I freak, go full positive collective and hit throttle hold, heli stops descending and I do an auto into the grass, never lost the tail. So heli is fine everything working fine, I did a 10 minuteflight with he engine off hoping it might do it again on the ground but no. Finally everyone left the field and I put in an uneventful 10 minute flight... Any advice? Ideas? Anyone seen this? Obviously it might not be the Total G. Oh well.

I have never had a Total G just wig out before but I have seen several of the satelite wires develop a intermittent connection, of course once this happens you can loose signal like what you saw. How many satelites do you have on the Total G? Anyway it is something to think about. If you don't believe this to be the case than I would give Brian a call at CJY Enterprises and see what their thoughts are.

I have 3 satellites, they were all on and orange leds lit but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to cycle the plugs.

Were any of them blinking?
I had aflight where the back one came lose and the heli stuck in that possition I was in mid flip and I just kept giving it foward eleavator waiting it for it to respond when it it did the sticks were pinned and the heli flipped over so quick i thought it was going to explode.
I put some GOOP on the wires and some tension and so far so good.

Wow, I am surprised that one satellite failure will cause loss of control... That doesn't seem like a very good system!. I will try anything though, I will reseat the plugs and Goop 'em.

It seemed like forever but it was probably a second or 2 it only did it once and that was with the old firmware so I'm sure Curtis has updated this already.
Same thing as a loss of power then it comes back

The first thing I would have done since you are Spektrum is to check for missed frames. Also are you using the Y connector that came with the Total G?

My Trex600 nitro glitched in FFF and nearly crashed. I was able to land it, but it wasn't all three servos. It was the aileron and pitch servos. I am using JR8717 servos and what it was, was the plugs backed out and had bad connections. I pushed them back in and dropped a dollop of Amazing Goop on the whole row of plugs. No problems since.
