What about flying different sized batteries? I have a Chrome 2500mAh 35c that is long and skinny and a Pulse 2600mah 45c that is short and wide, whenever im changing between those two LiPo's I usually give it one click of trim on elevator to counteract the change in CG. How else should i do this? I can't change linkages every time I change batteries... I COULD change my subtrim every time, that would be a pain too...

If you are not doing 3d, changing a few clicks of trim to offset batteries will not make a difference.
If you go inverted alot, and fly 3d... all of your batteries should be the same.

Sokal set vids on the B400 is the same setup on a flared 450. The vids are on HF in the B400 forum if I remember right. They are worth watching if you are starting out.
