Mine was broken twice already. Is it because I installed it wrongly ?

Then something is wrong with mine. It happened to my friend too. Both of us using G10 after market frame. Is it because of that ?

There is a known issue with the oneway. There is now a new sleeve available from Align that MAY fix the problem:

The newest issue of rc heli says they had problems with the one-way locking up.Must be a problem if the heli that the magazine gets had issues after a handfull of flights.

I have used white lithium grease on my bearing, I hope it will stop the locking up. Looks like Align should work on this issue .

It will still stick, depending on how hard you fly. I have tried all kinds of different lubricants, and get MAYBE 2 flights to a bearing. This is with the new sleeve as well. Servo grease has been the best so far, but still locks. I can break it free after the flight though.

Just an update. I put white lithium grease on the bearing and it solved the problem. Went through 4 tanks without an issue. Just try it it guys. Hopefully it works for you

There are 4 600N flying with no issues at all, they are all using the stock plastic with magnets and the stock one way brgs. They are also using the 2 in 1 regulator also.DOUG

Two out of two at out field locked up immediately. Both one way bearing say "Germany" on the end. I had a problem with my Rappy 50 V2 early on but these Trex one ways lock up so tight you can hardly pry it loose with two flat blade screwdrivers.

Yes, mine was lock up twice and my friend's was too. But, once we put the white lithium grease, the bearing is perfect. I think the bearing is good just lack of lubrication.

What type lithium grease are you using ? Is it in a tube or a spray can ?
