Question Trex 100S Tx question

Does anyone know how or if/how you can bind one Trex 100S Tx to 2 different 100's? I tried to bind the one Tx to the other heli, but doesn't work. I must be missing something. I'm sure each Tx is not specific to each heli? Trying to thin out my Tx inventory here. Getting overloaded!

Sorry Firedude, I cannot answer you with my limited experience. I thought the 100 tx can too because I am looking to buy V911 BNF to bind with it. I have question for you though, how good is Phoenix sim (of course it is better than the one included with T-100 kit) and does it work with 100 tx? Thx,

Max I have Phoenix and it's one of the best. The 2 best out are Phoenix and Real Flight. Both are great, but Phoenix you get all the updates free whereas Real Flight charges you for the updates. I love Phoenix an it has a ton of features, aircraft and heli's to choose from. Download the demo from their site and it'll show you and tell you if your computer will handle it.

Max I'm not sure, you could check their website, they have a link to such info.

Yes, Phoenix sim v3.0t works with T-Rex 100 transmitter.

That was easy. Flew right over my head. I didn't have the throttle trim all the way down. Ince I did the 1 Tx bound to the other heli just fine ;.)

That's great so I can look to buy another T100 to bind with my tx. I love this bird!

Trex 100 has a mono mini phone plug, Phoenix takes a stereo mini phone plug. What else is needed to translate?

Phoenix of course requires the propitiatory cable and dongle to work and not sure even if you even had an adapter for the dongle plug to your Tx it would work as I don't believe it's listed as a compatible/supported Tx. Not 100% sure though. The Phoenix website lists all compatible Tx's.
