How do I fix a low Voltage lipo in Nihm mode ?

Yup, got my first bad lipo. Been lucky, I think I have a total of 10 buy's from HK with different lipos and they have all been great. (always blue turnigy and nano's)

Anyway it's a 2s 45c turnigy with one cell 1,45 and the other at 3,85. I just need to make sure I got this right. Charge it at low Amp in NIHM mode to bring up the V so the lipo mode can detect it.
But what is the lowest V for it to be detected ? So I know when to stop.
Also what cell count in nihm mode , ore just plug and play ?
Charger is a I-charger 3010.

Charge through the balance plug on that cell. When I had a charger go bad I had to balance the pack out. Charge at one cell because this is what you are charging. I brought mine up to match the other cells than used the charger like normal in Lipo mode to finish charge as a normal pack. Watch the voltage as you are bringing it back to match the other one. When it matches. Than hook it back up and charge like normal in the Lipo mode.

1.45 is very low, did you consider shipping it back? Maybe not worth it though? If you really want to you can just charge the one cell through the ballance tap. Just set the charger to Nmah in manual mode at about 400ma. When or IF the cell gets up to 3.5v that should be enough to clear the low voltage safety. Do this in a fire safe spot.

I gave it a shot last night. Nihm mode, 40 sec @ 0,5 amps chargin via the main leads, and then tried lipo mode , and all good. It bumped the cell from 1,45 to 2,75 in those 40 sec's , and then I started balance mode @1 amp, and after an houer it was at 3,5 and 3,85 on the good cell, had to break it off and go to bed, but will se if the cell holds the V when I get home from work today.

No luck it seems. peaks out @ 4,18 for the good one and 3,90 at the low one.

You could try cycling it a few times but I'm afraid that cell will likely never be as good as the rest in that pack.

tried to storage charge it, but the charger cant manage to even them out anymore than low cell 3,77 and high just below 4,00, and charging them again it will stop at 3,85 / 4,18. It Had to happend some time.
