I wasn't able to make 17.5mm work with my 8900G and Vbar. I am at 14.5mm on the tail. It works well enough. No wags.

Last friday I replaced all kind of parts like main shaft complete rotor head. autorotation hub and the problem still remains. I almost completly rebuild the heli and the problem doesn't go away. I hope there will be a remedy soon.

Hey Emile,
Witnessed two other issues like yours after our long session on Friday...
Please pull the tail hub apart again, and put one end of the Hub spindle in a drill ans see if it wiggles (I know it's new).
If it does get yourself a straight one.

Grt,Eric

I know you said the links are sized properly but you might want to double check. I had issues with mine and after re sizing them and replacing them (sized them too much), I still couldn't ever get them right. Ended up switching to some out rage balls and it worked like a charm.

And maybe also the bearing blocks:

I remember your main shaft did go in or out pretty difficult too.

To add to EricW's reply, a few have recently discovered the trick to fixing bearing block misalignment is to separately square up the upper frame portion with is detached or loose from the lower portion.

Yesterday I solved the problem. So thanks to all you guys which helped me solve the problem. I replaced the tail which included.

- tail hub
- tail bearings
- tail grips

It's weird because I replaced it all. But the only thing that counts that I am happy again

It turns out that my tail wag was caused by the governor of HW 120HV ESC. I disabled it and tail wag is now gone. I know Hobbywing is currently looking ways to improve governor function, hope that helps. Otherwise I have look other alternatives (other ESC or FBL box with gov function) because I really enjoy flying with governor.
