Hello
I have Gaui 425 front main gear was 42T and i like to put 50T 61T main rear gear 14T pinion 19T one way gear What i need to do? In the manual 42T>14T = 9.63:1 50T>14T = 11.46:1 |

Hi, what do you mean? "what I need to do?"
Do you mean how do you change it? Do you know what your headspeed is going to be after this change? it is definitely going to be a lot slower. To work out your headspeed, RPM is motor Kv x 22.2(volts), (front main /pinion) x (rear main/one way) Then divide the RPM by answer from gear calculation = headspeed. With my 1900Kv motor the headspeed would be 3823RPM with 42T and 3022RPM with 50T. A big difference .Hope this helps, let me know if it doesn't. Andy |
