Default front main gear

Hello
I have Gaui 425
front main gear was 42T and i like to put 50T
61T main rear gear
14T pinion
19T one way gear
What i need to do?
In the manual 42T>14T = 9.63:1
50T>14T = 11.46:1

Hi, what do you mean? "what I need to do?"
Do you mean how do you change it?
Do you know what your headspeed is going to be after this change? it is definitely going to be a lot slower.
To work out your headspeed, RPM is motor Kv x 22.2(volts),
(front main /pinion) x (rear main/one way)
Then divide the RPM by answer from gear calculation = headspeed.
With my 1900Kv motor the headspeed would be 3823RPM with 42T and 3022RPM with 50T.
A big difference .

Hope this helps, let me know if it doesn't.
Andy
