Default Governor Mode on Electron 80/100A

Has anyone used the governor on this ESC? I acquired a used one and am wondering how well (if at all) the governor works.

I'm currently getting 2075 RPM at 80% and 2150 RPM at 82.5% throttle. 1110kV, 9T, 96T, 6S. Just wondering if the governor could help bring that down a little. I have no idea (other than enabling it) how to set it up to try it out.

Thanks!
-John

I'm using Heli-HeadSpeed to calculate the RPMs from the audio track of the videos I shot. It looks for and locks onto sub 100Hz frequencies that are caused by the blades. At 1800 RPM there will be a 1800/60*2=60Hz component in the audio spectrum. At 2100 there will be a 70Hz component, and so on. I've used it before with my other helis and it's results were in line with an actual optical tach - I need to verify it's results for this heli with an optical tach as well.

I'm also using Head Speed Calculator (v1.0.10) to calculate what-if setups. In general I've found the "Normal Voltage" RPMs to be much lower than what's measured at the field with an optical tach. I get closer results from the "Variable Load" RPMs with the cell voltage set closer to 4.2V rather than 3.7V.

Flight 1 - there was a lot of wind noise and the neighbor's lawnmower adding to the ambient noise. I switched from Normal to Idle Up at approx. 120s:

Flight 2 - the wind died down and the neighbor finished cutting the grass.
I switched from Normal to Idle Up at approx. 70s:
