Hi Guys
I also posted this in the main room, hope you guys can help What is the best way to remove small e-rings? I find that I can remove them using a thin flat screwdriver but last time it took me awhile and was not effective. Is there a special tool for this? Here's the e-ring (circled) that I want to remove as I need to install a new washout link on my Synergy E7: ![]() |

I use a very small flat blade screwdriver tip to pry the circlip out.

Probably the best way I know myself, but they do deform.

What i usually do is use a flat bladed screw driver with a wide blade and use it to push the clip off the pin. If you use the wide part of the blade and then press on the open end of the clip to force the clip off the pin. Works and does'nt deform the clip so it can be reused.
Hope this helps, Ross
