Blade CP rudders right, wont trim

I have 2 cps that I got cheap. the first one did the same thing will not stop turning right. tried turning trim both ways, (transmitter and 4n1) gets better and worse so I guess its working? I ordered both motors, blades, tail boom,

ect cause it was pretty beat. I screwed up soldering a batt connection and fried the 4n1 before I could try any parts so I got # 2. hardly used compared to #1 but it does the same thing? both came with transmitters so I don't think that's it. Any help????
