Frustrated swash levelling

Hi, i setup the swash level in Dir mode and sub trims all looks very level.
Then i disconnect the battery and restart and one of the servos is slightly lower.
First it was the Ail , Pitch and elevator were level on the swash levelling tool.
Re did it in Dir mode
Now Ail and Pitch are level and the Elevator is lower.
All looks very level in Dir mode on the swash level tool.
What am i doing wrong.????

Is the heli perfectly level during initialization (first 10 secs after power up)?

Got to pres it more than once. You need to continue on with elev lim, elev rev, aile lim and aile rev and then once more to exit
