Beware of this guy: J.Avant

Everyone watch out for this guy, J.Avant, any seller want to sell to this guy watch out.

I sold him a logo 400 FBL

In my post, I list the 3GX 2.0 as brand new, (just mount, still have all the box and manual). Also i also told him before the sale that I just mounted, update the firmware and setting only no flight at all.
After he received it, he complains that the FBL unit is not working. I spent three days, sending him manual and software from Align to help him setup the unit. Then he complains the FBL unit is not brand new as described and want $150 back so he can buy a new unit, but I offered him $75 when i receive the unit back, but he refuse so I offered him for a full refund when i received the item back. He keep the item and complete rebuild it and then filed claim with paypal that he wants $90 back without send back the unit, which I reject. Now I received the item back with damage canopy, he customize the heli, evidence the heli has been flown and missing the satellite receiver. I still keep all the pm.

Two links on here show how he describe about my item and used it that he claimed he got from his friend, then return back to me with damage canopy, alter the helicopter and missing satellite reciever.

UMMM first link is to RR home... The second 2 links show absolutley no evidence in any wrong doing.. Can you at least give a reason for posting this? This post will probably be moved to the stolen/ripoff/scammer section. Still curious as to what happend though...

Don't believe this guy. True he did sell me a CRASHED Logo and forgot to put that in his description. Check out his feedback I'm the 4th sucker he got. He has gotten off topic He screwed me first. eye for an eye.

Why'd you bring it here if you're not willing to post any pictures or other evidence? Doesn't make much sense. You shouldn't come here with half the story or evidence. How does that make any sense?

I did post all the pictures and evidences over at Runryder and there is a link in my original post. The reason I post over here becuse I found out he is a member here under same name so I post here to warning any future seller that do business with him.

Skiddz, I wouldn't that dumb to go spreading around if I had anything to hide. What I did here is to let future sellers know so they can be careful when dealing with him. Whomever you want to believe in and want to do business with that is more power to you.

Skiddz, I'm sorry on my part for misunderstood your post. I had been on the forum for years and knowing few good friends here. I don't want to them to run into J.Avant because I didn't speak up. I know for the fact, that few of my friends here never step over to Runryder.
