Having owned both, I would tell you to get the pro. The Fusion leaves a lot to be desired. Battery placement is terrible for one and the gears just suck, even after redesigning them. Had a bunch of failed bearings after a few flights as well. Outrage's QC stinks. Uses the old push pull linkages with the annoying elevator bracket. Flight characteristics are so-so as well.
The Pro is great in many ways, easy battery swap, direct servo to swash, low profile and it just kick ass in the air. I enjoyed every minute of that heli and I regret selling it. I flew it at various head speeds with no issues and if you are a crazy stuck banger, you'll be flying at 2400 anyway. Its right at home there too.

What's wrong with the battery placement? I only ask because it's one of the things I really like about the Fusion. I can change packs so quickly and easily without having to remove the canopy.

You still haven’t elaborated on all of these defective parts other than the frame sides (which I am not challenging you on, happens) and the incorrect tail part which was sent to you. Which other parts? The "only human" comment was referring to the fact that a human packaged that part and made a mistake, it was not a defective part... but the incorrect part. Your 600 is an FBL heli right? Setup is all electronic... on the other hand, your F50 is flybarred, and this particular FB head (unlike any Align head in existence) has many different setup options. You set your head up incorrectly... it’s not an issue; it’s a setting which is meant to be tuned. I re-set my head 5 times before I got the setting I wanted. If you don’t like the Fusion that's just fine, but don’t sit here saying it’s a piece of garbage.

Well this is the Fusion forum, what do you expect.... FWIW, never said a bad thing about the Pro, it’s a good heli. Quieter than the fusion too.
LOL, not taking offense... just pointing out that Dantes experience is skewed because of setup issues.

Note to thread started, which ever bird you decide to purchase, have you thought of your setup? 10s 12s? Motor, esc and so on?

I did own both and disliked the Pro.. Sure it's a good heli.. but it is motor, servo, and blade limited and battery size limited. as well as extreme headspeed it doesn't need. The Fusion is a Speed/Big air flyers dream.. its fast agile precise and easy to build and setup. Accepts large blades up to 640mm stock.. accepts oversize 700E size motors with ease. and accepts over a 4000ma packs with optional tray. I am still flying gears from my last crash over a year ago.. so there is nothing wrong with the gears. 24 large helis from ALL different brands over the last 6 years and this is for sure in the top 3. BTW remember the HUGE difference in experiences we had with our N9s.. you loved yours and I hated mine.. it was the biggest heli mistake I ever made.( other than the Ebay HBK2 i started with LOL) So I'll qualify my recommendation.. if you like smack hard 3d and insane headspeeds Go Pro.. if you want a larger 600 that is smooth fast big air bird with a 700E class motor and large packs go Fusion,

Dude, don't even get me started about Synergy. Huge mistake...
I respect your opinion though and we agree to disagree on different matters. My point was that when some posts, why take direct offense to it? Plus, posting this in the Fusion forum was a mistake. Should have been in general. Anyway, if you want a good read, pm me and I'll tell you all about Synergy. BTW, getting a Goblin.

My top tip:
Do not ask what is best or is a better that b, you will get a load of duff answers by and large. Yes, some will have flown various different helicopters and have a very informed opinion, most don't and even those with experience with loads of different brands will prefer x over y due to their own personal preferences- not yours. So: Work out your budget and then think about what features you like on a helis that fall within the budget and prioritise them (e.g. TT or belt, easy battery change, parts availability etc) This will allow you to create a shortlist of helis From the short list read their respective forums to find out how good they are, what their faults are etc. Ask pertinent questions such as 'how much problem are the TT gears now causing'. Very quickly you will be left with either 1 or two main helis- read a bit more and you will find the best heli for you. I did this and ended up with the Fusion. I am convinced that this is undoubtedly the best 600 bar none- but for me. Very fortunately, if you make any choice from any of the recognised brands such as Align, Outrage, Compass, Synergy, Beam, Mikado etc, you WILL have a fantastic machine and WILL be very happy with it. For what it's worth, I chose the Fusion because I am a TT fan, I love the size of it, I love the battery setup, it was within budget, it seemed so so versatile with various motor types and blades from 550-640 and when I bought it, there were not that many around.

Little confused here. People say that the fusion has better battery options than the 600pro. Exactly what battery can you put in a fusion that you cant put in a 600?

With the KDE tray, you can fit 2 6S 5300mah 30C Gens Ace.
