Yes, I am aware of at least 1 confirmed death. There was this person who got hit by a larger 50 or 90 size heli in hong kong and unfortunately, the person died.

A few years ago a fellow was killed by a 30 size heli while teaching someone to hover! The blades hit him in the neck and killed him.
