Default Tail drive gear mesh?

Is this offset normal or do I have something wrong here. The gear in the tail box sits high compared to the gear on the main shaft.

It's as designed so nothing to worry about and also if you notice the gear train is a little tight that is normal too it will get super smooth after about 10 flights or so

Mine has the same misalignment, don't worry, it will work perfectly.

Even in the pic of the manual, you will see this misalignment lol.

If the mesh is tight don't expect it to loosen up much by itself with black gears. I had to slot all the boom mounting holes by .25mm to fix the mesh on mine.

I have seen the complete opposite. they go from only being able to free wheel a little to super smooth.

Its funny now that some one brings this up. I've always seen pic of both, either a little low or a little high. I have yet to see any pics of the f50 where its all even. But as long as it preforms well, then that's all I really care about.

I have found the mesh betweeen these two gears (only the black ones) a problem each time I changed them, the first set where fitted because they looked good & the mesh was OKish, took about 20 flights to free up. but the last set
The Tail gear under the main gear ran off centre, It would become tight evey 1/2 rotation, The outside of the gear it's self was 0.001" out of round, I measured the run out when mated with the main gear at 0.008", I moved the clutch housing 90 deg at at time, each move it changed, put another new gear in, it was the same, ended up turning it over, best I got was 0.005", tried a new umbrella gear set, no change.
Turned the inner race of the clutch 180 deg, it was best with run out at 0.002.
so now it is even, but still tight with no backlash ? compared to the white gears.
With the blades off, it is firm to turn, blades on from 2180 rpm stops in about 30 sec, the white one would take a miniute.
Being an aircraft/helicopter engineer for 35 years, to me this tight a mesh is not good, increased load, heat, & worst of all, vibration, in a FBL that is not a good thing,
Time to improve there quality?

Lets face it, all of these companies could stand to improve their overall quality... im not sure if any of my helis with this configuration have perfect alignment on those gears. I've never had any major problems with the quality of parts on anything other than cloned birds really... and even the minor ones were made good on.

and not to be a jerk but, ignorance is defined as a lack of knowledge or information, which has nothing to do with intelligence, which is defined as ones ability to aquire and apply knowledge and skills. just thought someone should politely point that out.

UP DATE:
It was well worth the time to get these gears right, The Fusion had always been smooth or so I thought untill now, The diffrence is like flying a whole new super heli, The AR7200BX has helped the flying, Spent hours getting the setup within 0.1 deg, not one feild adjustment required, smooth as He**. Very happy.
