Default need help with servo problems

well recently im almost finish building my exi 450 and i had problems with the binding the transmitter and now that i have that fix my other problem is the servo for the elevator that is between the swash plate and the gyro (not connected to the tail boom) but i cant see why when i move the stick up the servo arm go's down and when i move the stick down the servo arm go's up .can any one tell me what am i doing wrong any tips will be helpful

What happens when you move the elevator stick? When you push the stick up, does that servo go down while the other servos also go down? If so, you just need to reverse the elevator channel in your transmitter.
