F50 swash to bellcranks linkage bending

Hey guys just looking at my Heli and relised my linkages from swash to bellcranks are bent and on both sides,they look very weak to me,the Heli has freshly built and never crashed,my trex 550 have much thicker linkages any ideas?

Wow first I've heard of that... other than Rob Cherry insanely beating on his X7. Do you fly VERY hard with high head speeds? I doubt you could find thicker links with the right lengths unless you cut and made your own and somehow add threads. Good question... I'll wait for more replies.

Update,I checked the linkages and found on full negative with aileron the tip of the bell crank touches the linkage "swash to bell crank" rod,so I dremeled 1.5mm off the bell crank end and now looks like it won't bind anymore

You sure you don’t have something on backwards? Can you provide a picture?

Here's a pic of the trimmed bell crank it's still close but I don't think it will ever touch

IDK man, something is not right, my heli does not have any such issues.

I would have to say something is wrong--I am running 14.5 pos & neg pitches--with no binding what so ever--stock setup--well over 300 flights--no issues .

It dosnt bind now it was slightly touching before so I ground them
