sent my neu 1515 back to get the bearings replaced after less than fifty flights on it. everything started out ok neu said they would repair it for free and send it back in two weeks just like on the website. well that was sep21 and it is now oct27 and to top it off Ohio is now starting to get cold and i missed some nice flying weather.

Did you call Neu? Call them on the phone, best way to get them. Email is VERY unreliable.

i havent talked to them on the phone but have been in contact via email. they have been respectful in the emails but it is going on the fifth week and from what their emails have said i dont even think that the motor is in line for repair yet. they just keep apologizing for the delay and state that is is inline to get checked out.
