Head binding on double links and flybar control arm.

Flew my Stinger 50 this w/e and was quite happy with the way it flies except that stationary roles seem very slow and scary. Went back to the bench to see whats up and I found a condition that concerns me. With 10 degrees of positive pitch in the collective and by adding both full cyclic (ail and ele) lets say shove the right stick into the upper right corner, the double link binds with the flybar control arm. I have about 6.5 degrees in both the ele and ail. When I rotate the head by hand they bind badly. I don't know if this a problem but it seems wrong to me. Maybe in flight it is not a problem. Can someone help and shed some light on this. Also the slow role rate. I have added 3D paddles which helped alot but still seems slow.
