You'll find a bunch. Anything that allows the tx to appear as a windows game controller should work.

I got a sim and cable when I bought a Blitz R.C. P-51 last year. Well as soon as I got my stuff I had a major heart attack with other complications and to sum things up lost my sim program. Can I use this 4 channel Blitz rc TX and ?usb cable for this threads program...I don't think I made sence, but if I'm close ....Help..3 fingers.... still out of the water...........

Cant wait to try this sim, since I dont have a controller all I see is the ground, but I have it hooked up to my 32" tv I use my computer on so it should be fun to practice on. Any special thing I have to do for a walkera 2801 pro tx. Does it need to be in a certain mode to connect properly, 2401-2601-2801?

I do use it daily with a 2801Pro, but with the walkera USB adapter.

I love this sim. I went from a blade MSR to a thunder tiger mini titan with alot of practice using this sim. I now have 20 trouble free flights on my mini titan and I am loving it!!

I just have one question regarding this sim. How do I increase the piro rate?

In the drop down menus select model then select model parameters and change the yaw rate from 1.0 to a higher number and it will increase the piro rate just be sure to click ok and not hit enter as hittng enter will default the fields

Thanks, Mark, for HeliSim. I just tried it in Windows 7 (with a Dynam USB controller) and it seems to work well . . . at least it simulates flight for the brief periods I am able to keep the sim 450 airborne . . . LOL.

Default Model import

Can I import other models into HeliSim. I'd like to get a 4ch coax and 4ch FP types running such as a Blade CX2 and a Blade 120SR. I tired importing a Blade CX2 model i foun on the web that works in FMS but it crashed HeliSim

The sim works great with a Futaba 7C and the GWS USB cord. I did have to put the transmitter in airplane mode, instead of heli mode like I thought I might. The heli mode created some odd interactions between the throttle/collective, ailerons, and elevator. Once I put the Tx in airplane mode and made sure there were no mixes, it worked great!

Thanks for the great sim! I'm a newbie to helis and am trying to save $$$ where I can, to save for crash repairs. This sim has surely saved me hundreds of $$$ already. I sent a donation to show my appreciation.

Mark

Has anyone tried this sim with a DX6i? That is the only TX that I have and I would like to not have to buy a sim controller. Thanks!

Yes, you can use this with your DX6I, I used it with it, and my DX7. I've also used it with a Devo 8S TX as well.

This is the sim I started out with after FMS, which as you know.....well...nevermind..

I now have Phoenix and love it, but I can tell you this sim is a great one and is the one that got me in the air and learned to fly with it.
