Unhappy Slop on one Metal Washout Control Arm

Hey guys,

I have recently just purchased some "bling" for my 600.... One of the items that I purchased was the H60016-1 : Metal Washout Control Arm (Set)...

When I fixed the control arms to the washout block I noticed that one of the control arms had a very small amount of slop, maybe less than 1mm.......... Even though I have used the washers that came with the control arms ( one each side of the control arm )

The other control arm is rock solid and has no slop what so ever and is still free moving...

What could have caused this????

Many Thanks
Alex

Must be a manufacturing defect. I have no slop in mine.

Probably the bearings. Align uses cheap bearings, I have had some last a long time and some get sloppy within a few flights. Try replacing the bearings in the sloppy one.
