I have an MX400 which I'm working on. I also purchased another one for spare parts. Can't beat the $60.00 price tag. Well today I ordered the CF CCPM Conversion Kit. I want to basically assemble it from the ground up.
My question is... Does anyone have a source for detailed instructions for complete disassembly of the head assembly? I want to take it apart and reassemble it in the CCPM frame making sure what should be loc-tited is and also the experience of doing it will help me in the future. I imagine there will be some instructions with the conversion kit but I don't think it will cover the head in depth. Thanks in advance, Lew |

Look for the MX450 Pro manual at the Helimax website.

Oh yeah, the Finless videos are invaluable. I've watched them a couple of times each. My issue isn't with setup though but with disassembly. After looking at the head a little closer I don't think it's as hard as I first thought plus the fact that I have 2 MX 400's allows me to experiment on one.
You and I are practically neighbors. I'm over in Albany. |
