is 3s 2100mah 18c enought for the trex se v2?

looking at buying a couple extra bats. just wanted to know if 3s 2100 18c will handle the stock trex v2/ 430xl...stock esc...hs65mgs...s9650...12t pinion??thanks

I would imagine it depends on your flying style. For simple sport flying that should be fine, but it you go to 13T, 100 flat throttle, and start throwing it around the 18C rating might not cut it.

I would suggest the Kong Power 2200mAH 25C packs. They are a good price and give you room to fly hard if you want... I do simple forward flight with them and they just barely get warm...

it'll work.

i use TP 3s 2100 15c prolites and i've had these packs for over a year now with no problems. i do recommend cutting the flight times short though. i can get a solid 4 min. 25 sec. on these packs.

18C with a 2100mah is a continuous 37.8A. If your using a 35A esc .............

I just checked my last 10 flight logs from my eagle tree logger and my high amps was only 30.05 and that was just a quick spike. Average amps are much lower...

I'm using ParkZone 2200mah rated at 12C. So far so good.......but I just do light stuff anyway. Nothing fancy.

They work for me. I am using these ones http://www.fmadirect.com/Detail.htm?...210&section=69 150g, $50, and they perform just like the TP's.

Interesting... I have been looking at the Cellpro batteries as well as a more cost effective option...
