Default Red Green Shielding

Aside from upgrading my TX/RX to a 2.4Ghz system to reduce rf's into the receiver and such I thought maybe a little RedGreen here might work. Some duct tape, maybe!!!

I have seen posts where people suggest routing wires from the motor, esc and servo's on one side and receiver on da udder. Because of the rf's induced into the system the heli's can display jitters, true or not I don't know.

Could a person wrap a single wrap of 'space blanket' around the noisy wires to help isolate them. I know that this is not entirely going to help as rf will be induced into the wires directly as well. BUT, would this help in isolating the rf's as well??? Or simply a bt of nice try but nope not gonna help???

I've been grounded for the last week and a harf so you probably can tell I have toooo much time on my hands...

Thx

I used to think there was no such thing as "overkill" when it comes to heli construction and wire routing. you may have found it. 2.4G, wires on separate sides of the heli, AND an RF "blanket"? You ain't wearing a bullet-proof vest inside a tank are you? J/K. Whatever gets you through...

Are you sure your udder is the proper place to mount a receiver? What channel do you plug the "teat" servo into? And does that TX have built-in "areola' mixing?

I'm bored too...
