Default Newbie flying too close?

I'm not sure how much experience this guy has , but judging by the way hes hovering, I gather not much.

He's pretty much way too close to the heli for the way hes flying IMO.

Performing your Tx checks with a live pack and face at blade hight isn't my idea of safe!
