Default Are your sticks tight or loose?

I am curious as to how others have the the tension on the sticks of your Tx's set. Do you have your stick set so it takes more energy to move it? Or do you have your Tx set with a feather stick? Or do you have it set some where in between?

Any comments as to why you adjust your Tx the way you do are welcomed.

EDIT: I meant to post this in the Blade 400 sub-forum since I fly a Blade. It probably does not really matter, but I was planning on comparing apples to apples.
