I've read a few posts on this subject. The consensus seems to be that it is too flexible and weak. There's a rumor out that there will be hybrid aluminum/CF boom upgrade coming out for it, like the one on the 700.

i have one like that and its fine, finless has reported some not fitting rite [being to small] but mine is just fine.
with that said on this heli its just bling bling. the aftermarket CF boom is not going to add enough strength like it does on the 450. if you wreck this one it will break. the align one looks to be much stronger then the aftermarket one |
