Default not sure what happened...

day before yesterday i brought my heli when i went to hang out with a girl im seeing. she wanted to see me fly the thing. well of course i was shaky and unfortunately it was pretty breezy and low evening light. turns out i ended up with a blade strike. she got to see it crash!

typical damage... i replaced the main rotors, main shaft, feathering shaft, flybar, and boom. nothing was very bent, i was low and slow when it went in.

well last night i had some time to put it all back together, and i just went out to test in the backyard. for one reason or another, my rudder servo was reversed. not sure why that would be... the servo never left the mount when i replaced the boom, and i didnt reverse it manually on the controller.

soooo, i went ahead and reversed the servo. now all im getting is piros...!

joy.

since im a n00b im sure that i've made a rookie mistake somewhere...

help please!

put the radio back the way it was, sounds like you have the belt on the wrong way.

we all do at times just to make sure......

with nose pointing left spin main rotor clockwise and the tail should spin clockwise as well.

Yeppers, could be the problem. Be careful not to over twist too. Typically, if you put an extra twist in there, you will hear the belt rubbing itself in the boom when you turn by hand.
