Has anyone experienced this? My DX7 is showing the throttle to be smooth and linear on it's own screen, but when i go into the controls in phoenix, it will stay at 0% until mid-stick, where it jumps to 100%. It does this on both heli and plane models that i have set up on the dx7. I didn't notice until recently, because heli's still fly pretty well due to variable pitch, but i tried a plane and it's terrible not having the throttle linear like it should. any advice is appreciated.

Easy fix, Go make a custom controller profile. This happens sometimes to me, one of the channels isnt assigned properly.

Thanks, but I don't see what else I could assign to throttle. the indicator bar goes directly from 0% throttle to 100% throttle when i throttle up. on my heli model, the collective is linear and works correctly, but throttle isn't. i don't see any other channels that move when moving the throttle stick.
since collective works, should i just use the same channel for throttle? EDIT: tried switching throttle to the same channel as collective, and it works, but i don't know how i can get idle up to work like this |

NVM, re-calibrated transmitter. the instructions say to center all switches and sticks in the first part of calibration. well, by centering my idle up switch it messed up the throttle calibration. i re-calibrated leaving the idle up switch in normal position and everything's good now.

Yer, the switches part only applies to programmable switches like gear or flaps - not the built-in mode or rate ones.
