This might be a n00b question, but I'm trying to swap out the servos with these SG9s that i got. However, the screw holes on the servo arm are too small. I tried to force one screw in on a spare arm and it seemed to be breaking/bending (particularly the outer most hole). What is standard practice here?
Is there a special tool to "drill" the hole bigger? The holes are pretty close together, it doesn't seem like you could expand two adjacent hole without compromising the integrity of the plastic. |

I had same problem and used a small 1.5mm or 2mm drill bit. Just wound it with my hands (i.e. no drill) it went through pretty easy.
Try the smaller bit first and if the hole is still too small try 2mm bit.

I just used the self tapper that is used to hold the servo arm onto the servo. Screw it all the way into one of the holes and then you should be able to fit your ball link on with minimal force.

Coooool! Spent 2 buck on a 1/16th drill bit with a hex head and it worked swimmingly! Love having the right tool for the job.
