Thumbs up Leveling swash at low/mid/high

I re-setup my b400 yesterday....
Leveled swash at low mid and high instead of just at mid. Kicks ass! When I tried bubble level on flybar paddles, everything was perfect!!!!

I'll be doing this for now on. Much easier and faster than leveling mid, then ATV with flybar paddles and level later.

How did you do this? Could you write a little tutorial with steps I can add to the b400 bible? (or point to the video you found more useful?)... I got to do this now that I got my awesome leveler in the mail yesterday!

After leveling at mid with swash leveler (turning links to level), I raised throttle to high and did ATV, then in idle up, lowered throttle and did ATV. Re-checked low mid high a few times to make sure it was right. I pulled off leveler and assembled head and leveled arms. Checked paddles with bubble (per video) and it was perfect.

I think using the leveler at all ranges accomplishes the same as doing it with the bubbles on the paddles per finless video. If I got that wrong, someone tell me.

I can work up documentation later today. I'll PM to you. If you don't hear from me by tonight, PM me. I get side tracked a lot LOL.

It's the TRAVEL ADJUSTMENT in the radio. I know it can be called End Point Adjustment also. Unsure what exactly ATV stands for.

Did you raise the lowest one or lower the highest? Wouldn't adjusting travel in any swash level affect the other levels as well? i.e. there aren't 9 ATV settings only 3 for each servo eh?

With you now ..............so basically you checked that the swashplate was level at each pitch change to ensure there was no discrepency on the servo arms ?.

Not 9 but there are 2 settings (upper and lower) for each servo. If you notice on the Travel Adjust screen there is a little indicator next to THRO, ELEV, GYRO, AILE, RUDD, and PITC. You move the corresponding stick in the direction you want the end point adjusted and use roller to adjust. Check out page 112 of DX6i manual in this link for screen. Not sure why the manual doesn't show the indicator arrows. Might be nice to have this link in the bible since most B400 people use the DX6i?

And thanks again for the Bible! I use it all the time.
