Hey Marco

I had already thought about making all the bearing blocks from one piece but it makes the machineing process much more complicated. To keep machine time down to a minimum all of my new redisgned parts can be machined in one pass. This means you dont have to remove the component from the machine turn it around remount and then machine again. Unfortunatley the machines that could do that type of thing automatically are not available to me locally.

What i can do though is to make another brace that would connect the two bearing blocks together to add even more rigidity and aid with bearing alignment.

I will have a think about it. Although when the side frames are made from 2mm carbon fibre they really dont need much more stiffening.

Cheers

Ben
