Sensor should be mounted PERFECT, Phasing should be PERFECT, else the system fights itself.
When I thought through it in my head that's what I came up with. The software phasing adjustment would correct software reaction to disturbances, but when a manual input was made things would get wonky because the system would think the swash was at an angle and add the extra axis.
