I should have mentioned that I also tried doing it manually as well. Still doesn't take. I had a similar issue with old Vista computer and was able to go into one of the folders within Phoenix and force the update but for the life of me I can't remember which folder or files. I was hoping it wouldnt be an issue with Windows 7.
