Default DS76T GETTING HOT WITH TAROT ZYX UNDER NO LOAD?

I know the ds76t servo isnt the greatest but for the $ & after breaking my 9257clone in a crash i figured i give it a shot. It is a digital servo that shouldnt be ran at a high mhz so i have my zyx set to analog 71mhz. When i was setting up the tail, getting everything at 90degrees without the pushrod connected to the pitch lever the servo was buzzing a little. I touched it & it was warm, i connected the pushrod & set the limits for no binding. After that the servo was hot, definetly hotter than it should be & its runnning on analog. There is no binding anywhere, last night i spent an hour checking the mechanics because iknow the servo doesnt have a lot of torque. I even polished the tail rotor shaft with my dremel & polishing compound & have absolutely 0 resistance between the slider & tr shaft. My tail deadband is set to 14. Do i need to change gyro deadband? Or try running at 251mhz? But i dont want to fry the servo before i have a chance to fly it.
