I think the plastic of the centre piece is molded over the underside of the bearing, so you might have to break that to get it out. After that, it's probably not going to stay in its transplanted bearing so you'll have to glue it in and hope. Save yourself the trouble and upgrade to a CNC swashplate (Microheli or Rakon) and be done with breaking them.
