Don't forget to mention the inflated shipping rates and the fact you don't ship via the service the customer paid for. Instead opting to ship the cheaper FedEx option which takes longer to arrive at its destination.

I appreciate the 10% off though. Now when I receive a defective product from you I can reinvest that 10% into paying another shipping fee to get what I originally paid for.
