Great service from BG
I recently received a Skylark Tiny OSD from Banggood that was defective due to a component that had fallen off the OSD board so that it wouldn't accept video input.
Upon contacting BG they offered me a refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement and they quickly shipped it. I didn't even have to return the defective one so didn't incure any shipping expense.
I've had two problems in the past that they handled in like manner.
I'm impressed with their customer service and thought that I'd let others know.
