The yellow LED indicates a fault someplace and the PS has shutdown its output.

It could be a short or something.

First, disconnect the PS-ON and the PS-KILL pins and check to see if the yellow LED is off.
If it is off, then means the fault is in the 12v output side.
If it is on, then the PS may be toast

If it is off, then check you soldering job and make sure you are not bridging pins together.

I'll post a picture of my Dell NPS-750 power supply. They are pretty much all the same
