Default Helidirect Why have sales if you do not have the product.

Little discouraged I ordered a boon for a g500 with some carbon fiber rods the rods shipped but the boom did not l called customer service and he explained to me that there is a communication problem with the shipping department when asked when l could expect the boom he had no idea and as all very good customer service rep. agreed with me that l should of been contacted and told the item is out of stock but here is where l really get frustrated he told me to go back on line and put the item on my wish list and they will contact me when it is in I do not no a bought you guys but l have done that before and never been contacted this is not the first time that this has happened and there a guys in my club that feel the same.Maybe we need to find someone else that we spend thousands of dollars with.Maybe that company starts with A and they ship a lot quicker and have product in stock
