I would think it would be unless you have an active freewheeling ESC like Kontroniks or YGE.

I would suggest using the calculation above to pick a motor kV that gives you some options depending on what pinions are available. Eg.

RPM = 670kV x 22.2 x 0.9 x 12T / 112T = 1434rpm at 100% or 1362 rpm at 95% for a 4 blade

RPM = 670 x 22.2 x 0.9 x 14T / 112T = 1673rpm at 100% or 1589rpm at 95% or 1505rpm at 90% for a 2 blade
