Default Revised Landing Gear

Aris made a comment about my first tube gear in that it may get caught or snag in the grass on takeoff. After taking a hard look at it myself...I agree.

So out came my tube cutter and bender to get rid of the "feet" I had bent into the first landing gear.
Once I cut off the feet I re-bent the tubes to have a slight downward direction. This will allow them to lift out of grass more easily. When using the Velos to clean the exteriors of buildings, I'll be operating from grass very often so this would be important.

Side benefit...I like the look better.

Still working out some details with the auto pilot...winters coming on so the only thing I'll be able to do for the rest of the year is to choreograph flight for the work intended...and wait for spring!
