Also the 120S has brushed motors. They will put a strain on the lipo when they start going out. One that isn't as healthy as another will die quicker. Eventually even a brand new one won't last long. If the heli has over 100 flights on it there is a good chance it could need new motors. I have a 120S and keep extras on hand as none of them has lasted more than about 200 or so flights.
