Your -6/16 degrees pitch is with a regular -100/+100 pitch curve in your TX? Wow! That’s quite the asymmetry. Good thing you spotted it.
Now that I think of it, if you were at -6/+16 with a linear pitch curve, you wouldn’t be at 0 pitch at mid stick. Double check your pitch curve.
