Iíve experienced the same thing when the serial number of a particular Microbeast device isn't properly listed in the BeastX database (for whatever reason). A short email sent to info @ explaining the problem along with the device serial number is all that is needed to get the problem corrected. Usually you'll receive a response within 24 hours (outside of a weekend).
